Cutting & Hot Foil Stamping Department

After hot foil stamping and embossing applications are completed—up to a maximum size of 70x100 cm—cutting, embossing, and stripping processes are performed simultaneously on new-generation machines, up to a maximum size of 100x140 cm. This ensures efficiency and productivity in our production flow, allowing us to achieve fast and high-quality results.

Folding, Gluing & Window Patching Department

If the cardboard boxes include windows, OPP or PVC material is applied using our 95 cm-wide window patching machine. This process is carried out with a strong emphasis on quality and aesthetics. In the final stage, during the folding and gluing process, a variety of box types—such as side lock, crash lock bottom, 4- and 6-corner boxes, conical boxes, and double-wall boxes—can be processed up to a maximum width of 110 cm. With our TURNPRO machine, complex gift boxes with integrated lids can be rotated from 0° to 90° on the line and glued in a single pass. Additionally, some of our machines are equipped with glue detection and code printing systems, enhancing both the safety and quality of our operations.

Roll Sheet Lamination – Storage and Shipping

Cartons supplied in various sizes and weights are cut on state-of-the-art roll sheet lamination machines according to job dimensions, making them ready for printing. This process ensures maximum efficiency and quality in carton processing. After cutting, the conditioned cartons are transferred to the printing department. This stage guarantees reliable pre-print preparation and ensures high-quality printing results.
