OUR FOOD SAFETY POLICY

We are fully aware of our direct responsibility for human health when it comes to packaging products that come into contact with food. In our production areas, we strictly adhere to hygiene and traceability standards, and we use materials and methods that are suitable for food contact at every stage of the process.

We actively maintain our food safety management system and provide regular training and awareness programs for our employees to ensure ongoing compliance and excellence in food safety.

OUR OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

Ensuring that our employees work in a safe and healthy environment is one of our top priorities. We proactively assess occupational safety risks in all our production areas, implement necessary protective measures, and increase awareness

FSC® POLICY

During the period of holding the FSC® certification, we commit that we are not directly or indirectly involved in any of the following activities deemed unacceptable by FSC®:

  • Illegal logging or trade of illegal wood and forest products

  • Violations of traditional and human rights during forestry operations

  • Destruction of high conservation value forests during forestry operations

  • Conversion of natural forests into plantations or non-forest land

  • Use of genetically modified organisms in forestry operations

  • Violation of any of the core conventions defined in the ILO (International Labour Organization) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work

Additionally, we recognize our employees as our most valuable asset and aim to minimize potential risks by creating a safe and healthy working environment. In line with this, we are committed to continuous improvement and full compliance with occupational health and safety laws, regulations, and standards in all our activities.

As RESİM OFSET Matbaacılık San. ve Tic. A.Ş., we hereby commit to the following principles and policies during the period of holding an FSC® certificate:

Child Labor Prevention

We do not employ individuals under the age of 18, in accordance with our corporate respect for children’s right to protection from exploitation, their healthy development, and access to education. We fully comply with the regulations regarding the employment of young workers.

Prevention of Forced and Compulsory Labor

RESİM OFSET PACKAGING strictly prohibits all forms of forced or bonded labor. Employment must be based on the principle of free will, and no individual shall be bound by contract or debt.

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)

We value our employees as our most important asset. We aim to create a safe and healthy working environment by minimizing any potential risks.

  • We provide necessary protective equipment.
  • We organize OHS trainings to raise awareness.
  • We comply with all local laws, regulations, and RESİM OFSET’s internal OHS rules.
  • We promote open communication regarding safety and foster a strong safety culture.

Training

We believe that the educational level of our employees defines our company’s overall strength. Therefore, we invest in both in-house and external training programs to support occupational, safety-related, and personal development, ensuring our continuous improvement as a company.

Non-Discrimination

Employment of Foreign Workers

All employment procedures for foreign workers comply with applicable laws. No worker is forced into labor through debt. Legal rights of foreign employees are fully protected.

Prevention of Human Trafficking and Illegal Labor

RESİM OFSET does not employ illegal or trafficked labor under any circumstances.

Recruitment and Regular Employment

We ensure compliance with social compliance standards in recruitment, employment, and continuation of work. Employees have the right to form, join, or not join labor unions or organizations. No one is discriminated against or penalized for exercising these rights.

Discipline, Harassment, and Mistreatment Prevention

We are committed to maintaining a respectful and dignified workplace.

  • We do not tolerate verbal, physical, or psychological abuse.
  • No form of corporate punishment or intimidation is allowed.

Grievance Mechanism

Working Hours and Rest Periods

We follow legal working hour regulations and ensure that overtime is voluntary.
Employees are granted rest days and holidays in accordance with the law (e.g., 1 day off for 6-day workweeks, 2 days off for 5-day workweeks).

Wages and Compensation

We never pay less than the legal minimum wage and strive to offer compensation that meets the basic standard of living. Continuous improvement of wage conditions is part of our commitment.

Compliance with Laws and Obligations

We strictly adhere to all applicable national laws, international standards (such as ILO conventions), and the requirements of our business partners.

Anti-Corruption and Bribery

We have a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of bribery, corruption, and/or commission-taking or offering.

Customs Compliance
